She enjoys working with adults with trauma related conditions, complex mental health issues and challenges with substance use as well as with people experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and difficulties adjusting in everyday life. She works predominantly with adults and couples to help people understand themselves and grow through life's adversities using CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT informed, interpersonal and motivational interviewing approaches and is also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy. Her particular area of interest is helping those who have experienced trauma to regain quality of life and a sense of self. She is also trained in helping women in mid-life navigate the changes and challenges associated with perimenopause and menopause. She has a warm, caring and authentic style and enjoys working collaboratively with her clients and those who support them.

Nat comes from a corporate and Defence background and understands the unique challenges these lifestyles can present for individuals, couples and families. She is a mum to three grown boys and one daughter-in-law and absolutely loves embracing the changes that every stage in life brings. In her spare time she enjoys all things active and creative including photography, painting, writing, kickboxing, camping and generally being out and about. She is quick to laugh, always happy to chat and deeply interested in the people she meets.
